The most common synthetic rubber material.

Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (Buna – N)
Nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) is a family of unsaturated copolymers of 2-propenenitrile and various butadiene monomers. This form of synthetic rubber is usual in being generally resistant to oil, fuel, and other chemicals.

The main application is sealing in automotive, aerospace, military, etc.
